250 gms. Prawns, chopped (or Shrimp)
1 Coconut, freshly grated
3 Onions, finely chopped
1-inch Ginger, finely chopped
10 cloves of Garlic
3-4 Green Chillies
1 tbsp. Red Chilli Powder
½ Turmeric Powder
Coriander Leaves, finely chopped
1 tbsp. Tamarind Paste
Salt, to taste
Coconut Oil for frying
1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients and make small cutlets.
2. Fry in coconut oil by coating them with semolina on a medium flame for 3-4 minutes on each side.

1 cup Kidney beans (boiled & soaked)
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp green chilli paste
1 tsp amchur powder
salt to taste
1/2 cup fresh coriander
1/4 cup onions (chopped)
2 slices bread
- Take a bowl and add in all the ingredients
- Mash in the kidney beans and bread slices
- Mix it all well to make the patties for the burger and shape them
- Take a heated sauce pan and apply butter on top, place the patties for them to cook until they turn brown
- Place lettuce, onions, tomatoes and cheese for toppings if you like on the burger bun
- Place everything together and your healthy vegetarian burger is ready to eat
