3 tbsp Oil
2 tbsp Garlic (chopped)
2 Onions (chopped)
1 Tomato (chopped)
1 cup Dried Baby Shrimps
1 tbsp Agri Masala
2 tbsp Tamarind Pulp
Method: Let’s start with cleaning the shrimps, by cutting the head and tiny legs (as shown in the video) rest you can use for making the Aagri Sukat recipe. Now for the recipe, heat up the Oil in the Pan, then add Garlic (chopped), Coriander (chopped) saute for few minutes then add Onions (chopped), Tomato (chopped), Salt and Dried Baby Shrimps. Close the lid and let it cook for 10 minutes after 10 minutes add Agri Masala, Tamarind Pulp mix it together properly then close the lid again and cook it for 5 minutes and your Aagri Sukat is ready to serve.
