सुक्या जवळ्याची किसमूर – Dry Shrimps Kismur is a famous and loved dish by all the seafood lovers. This is one of the fish recipes which is prepared popular Maharashtra state. Sukhya Jawalyachi Kismur is an easy and quick fish recipe which can be made with minimum ingredients.
- 1 cup Dry Shrimp
- 3 tsp Coconut Oil
- 2 tsp Coconut Oil
- 1/2 cup Onion (chopped)
- 2 tbsp Coconut (grated)
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tbsp Tamarind Pulp
- Coriander Leaves
1. Heat a pan, add dry shrimp in it and fry it. Then add coconut oil and fry it properly. Keep it aside in a plate.
2. Add coconut oil to the pan, add finely chopped onion, grated coconut, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and saute it.
3. Now add tamarind pulp, salt and fried shrimps in the pan. Saute it for a few minutes.
4. Turn off the flame and sprinkle coriander leaves on it.
Your Dry Shrimps Kismur is ready to be served!
