How to make Chingri Macher Paturi\r
Chingrir Paturi is a delectable and authentic Bengali dish where the prawns steeped in flavorful spices, wrapped in fresh banana leaves and steam or cooked in a pan. Easy and quick to make for lunch or dinner. It is popular in Bangladesh and West Bengal.\r

Ingredients:\r

Prawns (Chingri) – 7 to 8 medium size\r
Yellow mustard seeds – 1 tsp (Soaked in Water)\r
Black mustard seeds – 1 tsp (Soaked in Water)\r
Poppy seeds – 1 tsp (Soaked in Water)\r
Coconut – 1 tbsp (Bland)\r
Green chillies – 4 pieces \r
Mustard oil – 2 tbsp \r

Salt to taste\r
Sugar – 1/2 tsp\r
Banana leaves cut into large rectangular pieces\r
