Here is what you’ll need!

INGREDIENTS:

FOR PRAWNS MARINATION:

*Cooking Prawn (1/2 kg)
(Washed, cleaned & deviened)
*Black Pepper Crushed (1 tsp)
*White pepper Powder (1/2 tsp)
*Salt (3/4 tsp)
*Green Chillies Chopped (1 tbsp)
*Garlic Paste (3 tsp)
*Ginger Paste (1 tsp)
*Corn Flour (4 tbsp)
*Plain White Flour (4 tbsp)
*Oil (2 tbsp)
*Lemon Juice (1 tbsp)
*Eggs Beaten ( 2 )

FOR MASALA / GRAVY:

*Oil (2 tbsp)
*Butter (2 tbsp + 1 tbsp) (heaped)
*Fried Prawns (1/2 kg)
*Garlic Fine Chopped (3 tbsp)
*Green Chillies Slit cut (4-5)
*Tomatoes (3 large)

*Whole Dried Kashmiri Red Chillies (8)
*Cumin (1 tsp)
*Cornflour (1 & 1/2 tbsp) + Water (1/4 cup)
*Black Pepper Crushed (1/2 tsp)
*Chicken Powder (1/2 tsp)
*Salt (1/2 tsp)
*Onion Cube Cut (1 large)
*Capsicum Cube Cut (1 large)
*String Onion Leaves Chopped (1 cup)
*Ketchup (2 tbsp)
*Water (2 cups)

METHOD:

For Prawns Marination:

1.Take a bowl, add Cornflour, plain white flour, salt, crushed black pepper, white pepper powder, crushed green chillies, oil, ginger and garlic paste, lemon juice and beaten eggs…mix it well untill make a thick better.
2.Add cooking Prawns in this better, mix it, and marinate about 2-3 hours.

For Masala:

1.Take a karhai/Pot, add oil and butter in it, melt it… then finely chopped garlic, slit cut green chillies and cumin…Saute untill garlic light golden in colour (on med flame).
2.Add blended mixture ( tomatoes and whkashmiri red chillies ), mix it, cover and cook untill oil separated (on med low flame).
3.Add onion cut in cube, fry for 2-3 mins OR untill it gets soft (on med low flame).
4.Add water, black pepper crushed, chicken powder and Salt. Keep stiring 2-3 mins (on med low flame).
5.Add green capsicum cut in cubes, fry for 1-2 mins mins OR oil separated (on med flame).
6.Add Water (1 & 1/2 glass), bring it boil (on high flame) then add cornflour water (cornflour dissolve with normal water). Mix it , keep stiring and cook for 2 mins (on med flame).
7.Add fried prawns,ketchup and Chopped string onion leaves. Mix it well, keep stiring and cook for 1-2 mins (on med flame).
8.Add butter cubes, Mix it and dish it off..
