Learn how to make Prawns Masala Rice, an easy to make Prawn recipe only on Get Curried

For all the seafood lovers, here is an easy and quick prawn rice recipe. It is easy to cook and taste delicious. So watch and learn how to make Prawns Masala Rice with chef Sneha Nair only on Get Curried

Ingredients:
Masala
- Coriander leaves
- ½ tsp of anise seed
- Mint leaves
- ½ inch ginger
- 5-6 garlic pods
-6 small green chillies
- 4 red chillies
- small piece of cinnamon
- ½ piece of cardamom
- water
- 450 gms of prawns
- 1 tbsp of yogurt
- 1 tsp of turmeric
- 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder

- 1 tsp of coriander powder

- 2 tsp of ghee
- cinnamon sticks,
- 3 cardamom
- 4 cloves
- 2 medium sized onions
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 cups Coconut Milk
- 2 cup of soaked rice
- 1 cup of water

Method:
- Grind together Coriander leaves, anise seed, Mint leaves, ginger, garlic pods, green chillies,red chillies, small piece of cinnamon & cardamom and water

- Marinate the prawns with the ground masala and add yogurt, turmeric, red chilli powder and coriander powder and let it rest for 30 minutes or 2 hours

- In a pot add ghee, cinnamon sticks, cardamom and cloves, anise seeds, medium sized onions.

- Add tomatoes and cover the pan and later add the masala paste and the marinated prawns.

- Add coconut milk and soaked rice after 2-3 minutes add some salt then cover the lid and let it cook for some time.

- Prawn Masala Rice is ready to be served!
