250 gms. Prawns, chopped (or Shrimp)
1 Coconut, freshly grated
3 Onions, finely chopped
1-inch Ginger, finely chopped
10 cloves of Garlic
3-4 Green Chillies
1 tbsp. Red Chilli Powder
½ Turmeric Powder
Coriander Leaves, finely chopped
1 tbsp. Tamarind Paste
Salt, to taste
Coconut Oil for frying
1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients and make small cutlets.
2. Fry in coconut oil by coating them with semolina on a medium flame for 3-4 minutes on each side.
