원팬 파스타라고 원래는 면 따로 소스따로 해서 만드는 파스타를 팬하나로 만드는 레시피인데요!예전에 보고 한번 만들어 보고 싶었는데 마침 메뉴가 있어서 만들어 봤어요~
뭔가 차이가 있으려나 했는데 저는 그냥 크림파스타랑 맛이나 식감등 별 차이 없이 맛있더라구요!면도 불지않을까 걱정(?)했는데 딱 좋았구요~:)식빵은 뭔가 세트메뉴같은(?) 느낌으로 제가 따로 준비한거에용!
무엇보다 진짜 간편하게 만들수 있어서 좋은거 같아용!ㅎㅎ

파스타면 160g,양송이 4개,양파 1/2개,새우 14개,다진마늘 10g,베이컨 40g,베트남고추 2개,스위스 치즈 2개,파마산 치즈 10g,파슬리 후레이크 1g,허브 솔트 7g,버터 20g,생크림 300ml,물 800ml
1. 재료손질: 양파-0.5cm 두께/양송이-밑동 제거후 0.5cm 두께/베이컨-2cm 간격
2. 새우는 찬물에 헹군 후 키친타월로 물기를 제거하고 꼬리를 떼서 준비해주세요.
3. 팬에 버터 20g을 넣고 중불ㄹ에서 반정도 녹여주세요.
4. 다진마늘 10g,베트남고추 2개,손질해둔 재료들을 넣고 1~2분간 볶아주세요.
5. 생크림 300ml를 넣고 저어준후 물 800ml를 넣고 강불로 끓여주세요.
6. 끓기시작하면 파스타면 160g과 허브솔트 7g을 넣어주세요.
7. 강불에서 9~10분정도 끓여주세요.
8. 파스타면이 익었는지 확인후 스위스 치즈를 넣고 1분정도 졸여주세요.
9. 접시에 담고 파마산치즈와 파슬리 후레이크를 뿌리면 완성!

두번째 미스터리 푸드박스!
평소에 떡볶이 신청이 많았어서 이번엔 무슨 재료가 오든 떡볶이를 해야겠다고 생각하고 있었는데..
햄버거빵이 왔더라구용ㅋㅋ고민하다가 햄버거빵으로 빠네 크림떡볶이를 해봤습니다!ㅎㅎ사실 전 크림소스를 별로 안좋아하는데..(좀 느끼해서..ㅋㅋ)그래서 소스는 거의 졸여버리는 편이에용ㅎㅎ
떡볶이엔 튀김이 빠질수 없다며 튀김도 열심히 많들어봤어요~:)
처음에 청양고추를 살짝 볶다가 빼줘서 그런지 약간 매콤한 맛이 나서 빵이랑 먹으면 좋더라구요~:)ㅎㅎ
영상에도 나왔듯이..청양고추 맨손으로 손질했다가 캡사이신화상 입었네요..ㅠㅠㅋㅋㅋ
처음에 고추 손질하고 손닦고 소시지 자르다가 남은 소시지를 하나 집어먹었는데 갑자기 입주위가 화끈화끈,
알고보니 청양고추 만진손으로 입주위를 만져서 그랬던거였어요ㅠㅠ
나중엔 손도 화끈화끈,이날따라 카메라가 뜨거워서 너무 오래찍었나 했었는데 제 손이 뜨거운거였음ㅋㅋ
인터넷에 검색해봤는데 별다른 약없다고하고..그냥 집에 있는 화상치료제 발랐는데 효과 좋더라구요ㅋㅋ
약바르고 처음엔 좀 화끈거렸는데 좀 있으니까 안아팠어용!(’0′)b근데 손은 촬영하느라 다 끝나고 바른..ㅠㅠ
요리하는 내내 화끈거리더라구요orz결론(?)은 청양고추 손질할때는 꼭 비닐장갑 끼고 하세용…^.ㅜ

Today I will teach you how to prepare a Piquillo peppers cake, I discovered this curious recipe in a cooking magazine, although I changed the filling for another one I liked more, the truth is that I do not remember the filling of that recipe, but I wasn´t very convinced of it.
At first glance it may seem very complicated, but I assure you it is not, so if you are looking for something to surprise your guests, dare with this salty cake, you will leave them astonished.
You can make a cake for four people with the quantities I give you, although you can also cut it into thinner slices and serve it as a starter for six people.

To prepare this Piquillo peppers cake you will need:
For the cake:
- 150 gr. (5,29 oz.) of Piquillo peppers
- 2 large eggs
- 100 gr. (3,52 oz.) of flour
- 8 gr. (0,28 oz.) of baking powder
For the filling:
- 200 gr. (7 oz.) of cream cheese
- 20 large peeled prawns
- Chopped parsley
To prepare this Piquillo peppers cake you must follow the following steps:
-Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
-Crush the Piquillo peppers with the yolks.
-Mix the flour and baking powder separately.
-Add the flour and baking powder mixture to the crushed peppers.
-Beat the egg whites until they are firm.
-Add the whites to the mixture carefully and making enveloping movements so they do not lose volume.
-Pour the mixture on a tray with baking paper and spread it with a spatula.
-Bake 10 minutes at 160 ºC (320 ºF).
-Take it out from the oven, roll the dough on itself with the help of the baking paper and allow to cool.
-Cook the prawns for a couple of minutes in boiling water.
-Leave the prawns in a bowl of cold water to cut the cooking.
-Mix the cream cheese with the chopped parsley.
-Unroll the cake and fill it with cream cheese and prawns.
