원팬 파스타라고 원래는 면 따로 소스따로 해서 만드는 파스타를 팬하나로 만드는 레시피인데요!예전에 보고 한번 만들어 보고 싶었는데 마침 메뉴가 있어서 만들어 봤어요~
뭔가 차이가 있으려나 했는데 저는 그냥 크림파스타랑 맛이나 식감등 별 차이 없이 맛있더라구요!면도 불지않을까 걱정(?)했는데 딱 좋았구요~:)식빵은 뭔가 세트메뉴같은(?) 느낌으로 제가 따로 준비한거에용!
무엇보다 진짜 간편하게 만들수 있어서 좋은거 같아용!ㅎㅎ

레시피

재료
파스타면 160g,양송이 4개,양파 1/2개,새우 14개,다진마늘 10g,베이컨 40g,베트남고추 2개,스위스 치즈 2개,파마산 치즈 10g,파슬리 후레이크 1g,허브 솔트 7g,버터 20g,생크림 300ml,물 800ml

1. 재료손질: 양파-0.5cm 두께/양송이-밑동 제거후 0.5cm 두께/베이컨-2cm 간격
2. 새우는 찬물에 헹군 후 키친타월로 물기를 제거하고 꼬리를 떼서 준비해주세요.
3. 팬에 버터 20g을 넣고 중불ㄹ에서 반정도 녹여주세요.
4. 다진마늘 10g,베트남고추 2개,손질해둔 재료들을 넣고 1~2분간 볶아주세요.
5. 생크림 300ml를 넣고 저어준후 물 800ml를 넣고 강불로 끓여주세요.
6. 끓기시작하면 파스타면 160g과 허브솔트 7g을 넣어주세요.
7. 강불에서 9~10분정도 끓여주세요.
8. 파스타면이 익었는지 확인후 스위스 치즈를 넣고 1분정도 졸여주세요.
9. 접시에 담고 파마산치즈와 파슬리 후레이크를 뿌리면 완성!

tafbutton blue16 Dinner: Shrimp Pasta in a Creamy Tomato Sauce   Natashas Kitchen

Ingredients:

3/4 lb fettuccini pasta
1 lb large raw shrimp peeled and deveined
1 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 onion (medium), finely chopped
2 Tbsp unsalted butter
1 garlic clove minced
1/3 cup white wine I used Chardonnay
2 cups whipping cream
1/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp Sea salt or to taste
1/4 tsp black pepper or to taste
1/4 tsp paprika or to taste
1 Tbsp Parsley finely chopped, to garnish

Instructions:

Add 3/4 lb pasta to a pot of boiling water with 1 Tbsp salt and cook according to package instructions until al-dente. Drain without rinsing and set aside.
While pasta is cooking, prepare the shrimp and sauce. Season shrimp with 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper and 1/4 tsp paprika. Place a large, non-stick pan over medium/high heat and add 1 Tbsp oil. Once oil is hot, add shrimp in a single layer and cook 2 min per side or just until cooked through and no longer translucent. Remove to a separate dish to prevent overcooking.
In the same hot pan, add 2 Tbsp butter with finely chopped onion and sauté until soft and golden (3-5 mins), stirring often. Add minced garlic and sauté another minute until fragrant. Stir in 1/3 cup white wine and boil down until there is only 25% of the liquid left.
Stir in 2 cups cream, bring to a light boil then simmer 2 min. Sprinkle sauce with 1/3 cup parmesan cheese and stir just until creamy and smooth. Let it come just to a simmer without boiling then turn off the heat and season sauce with more salt, pepper and paprika to taste.
Stir in the drained pasta and cooked shrimp, tossing until noodles are well coated in sauce. Serve in warm pasta bowls with a generous sprinkle of finely chopped parsley, more parmesan cheese and some freshly cracked black pepper.

Ingredientes: 6 jitomates deshidratados, 360 gr fetuchhini, 1 cucharada aceite de oliva, 500 gr camarón pacotilla, 1/2 cebolla morada, 2 pimientos verdes, 3 tazas floretes de brócoli, 2 dientes ajo, 1 cucharada orégano fresco, 1 taza corazones de lechuga de alcachofas en cuartos, 2 jitomates, 1 cucharada albahaca, 1 cucharada perejil.

INGREDIENTS
Servings: 4
1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
1½ cup milk
1½ cups chicken broth
8 ounces fettuccine pasta
4 cups spinach
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
¼ cup parmesan cheese,
grated

PREPARATION
1. In a heated pot, melt butter and olive oil. Add garlic and shrimp, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until shrimp is pink, then put aside.
2. In the same pot, add milk, broth, and pasta.
3. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, so that the pasta does not stick to each other.
4. Once pasta is al dente, add in spinach, salt, pepper, seasoning, and cheese, and mix until spinach is wilted and everything is coated in the sauce.
5. Add the shrimp back in and give it a stir until fully incorporated.
6. Serve with some extra parmesan cheese, if desired, and enjoy!
