250 gm Prawns
1 tsp Ginger Paste
1 tsp Garlic Paste
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
5 tbsp Mustard Oil / 1 tbsp Mustard Oil after Prawn is fried
1 tbsp Mustard Seeds
1 tbsp Fenugreek Seeds
1 tbsp Black Pepper Corns
1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tbsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
15-20 Curry Leaves
2 Lemon Juice
Method: Let’s start with taking Prawns in the bowl then add Ginger Paste, Garlic Paste, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder and Salt. Mix it properly, heat up Mustard oil in the Kadai, after boiling the Oil switch off the Gas and let the Oil cool down and heat it again before frying the Prawns. Once the Oil is Hot fry the Prawns for 2 minutes. Take out the Prawns and add Mustard oil in the Kadai again and add Mustard Seeds, Fenugreek Seeds, Black Pepper Corns, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder to make the masala. Now once the Oil is heated add Mustard Seeds, Curry Leaves and add the Masala we made earlier saute for few moments and now add Prawns in the Kadai. Add Lemon Juice, cook the prawns for 3 to 4 minutes and your Kolambiche Lonche is ready to serve.

What to cook with prawns

Chopped Onion 1 cup
Grated Garlic 1 cup
2 Green Chili
Oil, as you needed
250 grams, cleaned prawn
Chili powder 4 table spoon
Salt, as you needed
Turmeric powder 1 table spoon
Heat the cooking oil in a frying pan
Next, Add the chopped garlic
Fry until garlic turns light brown color
Now, add Chopped Onion
Add Green Chili
Add Curry leaves
Now, Add Cleaned prawns
Add Turmeric Power
Salt, as it needed
Cook until prawn release the moisture
Now add the chili powder and stir it well
Close the lid and cook for 10 minutes.
Make sure to cook on low flame
Now, open the lid and sprinkle Coriander Leaves
Friends, Now the delicious Garlic prawns are ready
Now, we look into, how to make rasam?
4 dry chili
5 Garlic cloves and ginger
1 chopped tomato
Soak the tamarind in one cup of water
Squeeze the filtered juice and keep aside
Take a mixer Jar
And grind it
Add Ginger and Garlic
In a pan, add oil
Add the mixture
Grind the tomatoes
Add it to the pan as well
Add prepared tamarind water
Add about one cup of water
Salt as it needed
Switch off the flame at this stage
Transfer it to a serving bowl
And sprinkle coriander leaves
Friend, you can have this dish with white rice.
