Easy crispy fried shrimp recipe\r

Place a bag of colossal shrimp in a bowl of water and 1 tbs of salt. Allow it to sit for 20-30 mins then rinse well\r

In a bowl combine 3/4 cups of flour with 1 tbs of black pepper and 2 tbs of seasoning salt then stir well\r
\r
In another bowl combine 2 eggs with 1/4 cup of milk and stir well\r
\r
In another bowl add 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs\r
\r
Dip shrimp into seasoned flour, then shake off excess flour.. dip into egg wash then allow excess egg wash to drip off then dip into bread crumbs and sit on a flat surface for 10-15 mins.\r

Place a pan over medium heat. Add 1/2 cup of oil. Allow oil to heat up for 5 minutes\r
\r
Add shrimp once oil heats up. Add 6 shrimp at a time and fry them until the tail turns orange and the skin is golden brown\r

Ingredients\r

30 Uncooked Deveined Medium Shrimp\r
8oz Packaged Fettuccine Pasta\r
4 Tbs Margarine or Butter\r
1 Pt Whipping Cream\r
2 Cups Shredded Parmesan Cheese\r
1 Tsp Minced Garlic\r
2 Tsp Cajun Seasoning\r
1 Tsp Parsley Flakes (optional)\r
1/4 Tsp Black Pepper\r

Instructions\r

1. Ok so first things, first.. place your shrimp in a big mixing bowl and cover with cool water. Let them soak int he water until they defrost.\r
\r
2. Next youre going to place your pot of water over high heat. Were going to wait until the water comes to a boil before adding the fettuccine pasta. \r
\r
3. Once the water comes to a boil, add your fettuccine pasta to the boiling water and cook for 9 to 10 minutes, then drain and sit aside.\r
\r
4. Now back to the shrimp, peel the skin and tail off each shrimp. Afterwards, give them a nice rinse and drain the water.\r
\r
5. Season the shrimps with minced garlic, Cajun seasoning, and pepper, then massage seasonings in well. My Cajun seasonings was a bit salty.. if you feel you need salt you can add a little. I recommend adding salt if needed after the dish is done to avoid over-seasoning the shrimp.\r
\r
6. Now were going to sautee the shrimp. So place a skillet over high heat.\r
\r
7. To the skillet add 2 tbs of butter or margarine. I always prefer butter over margarine though.\r
\r
8. Once melted, add the shrimp and fry for 15 seconds per side (only fry 15 shrimp at a time), then sit aside.\r
\r
9. Place a pot over low heat.\r
\r
10. Add 2 tbs of butter or margarine to the pot.\r
\r
11. Once the butter melts, add your whipping cream.\r
\r
12. Follow that up by adding your shredded parmesan cheese.\r
\r
13. Cook over low heat for 3 minutes, raise to high heat, and cook until cheese is fully melted. Make sure you stir as the cheese is melting. Now this part is critical. MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT COOK THE ALFREDO SAUCE until it is too thick because its going to thicken as it chills.. Plus, be mindful that youre going to add the shrimp and fettuccine pasta to the sauce which will absorb some of the sauce leaving you with a dry dish and you DO NOT WANT THAT. So dont cook the alfredo sauce too long. you want it to be on the loose side so your dish can be saucey. Just watch the sauce carefully, but when you add the pasta and shrimp you want the alfredo sauce to be rather loose.\r

14. Add the fettuccine pasta and shrimp.\r

15. Fold the fettuccine and shrimp into Alfredo Sauce. Garnish with parsley flakes when served for decoration purposes. Enjoy!!!

1. Place frozen shrimp in a bowl and cover with cool water. Add 1 tsp salt and allow the shrimp to soak until they defrost.\r

2. Remove skin, then drain water.\r
\r
3. Season shrimp with salt, old bay, cajun seasoning, and pepper then massage seasonings in well.\r
\r
4. Add eggs and milk to a bowl, then whisk for 45 seconds.\r
\r
5. Coat shrimp with flour, then shake off excess flour.\r
\r
6. Dip shrimp into egg wash, then drain excess egg.\r
\r
7. Coat shrimp well with Italian breadcrumbs, then sit aside for 15 to 20 minutes.\r
\r
8. Place a pot over high heat. Preheat oil for 7 to 9 minutes.\r
\r
9. Add shrimp and fry for 1-1/2 to 2 minutes.\r
\r

10. Once done, sit shrimp aside on a paper toweled plate to drain excess oil.\r
\r
11. For cocktail sauce, combine ketchup with sriracha and stir in well.\r

Ingredients:
3 tbsp Oil
2 tbsp Garlic (chopped)
1/4 cup Coriander (chopped)
2 Onions (chopped)
1 Tomato (chopped)
Salt
1 cup Dried Baby Shrimps
1 tbsp Agri Masala
2 tbsp Tamarind Pulp

Method: Let’s start with cleaning the shrimps, by cutting the head and tiny legs (as shown in the video) rest you can use for making the Aagri Sukat recipe. Now for the recipe, heat up the Oil in the Pan, then add Garlic (chopped), Coriander (chopped) saute for few minutes then add Onions (chopped), Tomato (chopped), Salt and Dried Baby Shrimps. Close the lid and let it cook for 10 minutes after 10 minutes add Agri Masala, Tamarind Pulp mix it together properly then close the lid again and cook it for 5 minutes and your Aagri Sukat is ready to serve.

Ingredients:
250 gm Prawns
1 tsp Ginger Paste
1 tsp Garlic Paste
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
Salt
5 tbsp Mustard Oil / 1 tbsp Mustard Oil after Prawn is fried
For Masala
1 tbsp Mustard Seeds
1 tbsp Fenugreek Seeds
1 tbsp Black Pepper Corns
1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tbsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
15-20 Curry Leaves
2 Lemon Juice

Method: Let’s start with taking Prawns in the bowl then add Ginger Paste, Garlic Paste, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder and Salt. Mix it properly, heat up Mustard oil in the Kadai, after boiling the Oil switch off the Gas and let the Oil cool down and heat it again before frying the Prawns. Once the Oil is Hot fry the Prawns for 2 minutes. Take out the Prawns and add Mustard oil in the Kadai again and add Mustard Seeds, Fenugreek Seeds, Black Pepper Corns, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder to make the masala. Now once the Oil is heated add Mustard Seeds, Curry Leaves and add the Masala we made earlier saute for few moments and now add Prawns in the Kadai. Add Lemon Juice, cook the prawns for 3 to 4 minutes and your Kolambiche Lonche is ready to serve.

Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients:

* Chicken 250g (thinly sliced)

* Vegetable oil 2 tbsp

* Soya sauce 2 tsp

* Salt to taste

* Eggs 2

* Onion 1 (diced)

* Red bell pepper 1 (chopped)

* Peas ½ cup (boiled)

* Carrot ½ cup (finely chopped)

* Boiled rice 2 cups

* Green onion 2 (sliced)

* Oyster sauce 1 tsp

Steps of Making:

1- Marinade chicken with 2 drops of oil, ½ tsp soya sauce and to taste salt.

2- Heat a non stick pan and add eggs. Cook until done. Break cooked eggs into pieces and transfer in a plate.

3- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large skillet and fry onion until translucent. Remove from pan.

4- Add remaining oil in skillet; add chicken and cook until half done then add bell pepper, peas and carrot. Cook until chicken tender completely and
vegetables starting to get tender.

5- Now transfer boiled rice, green onion, oyster sauce and remaining soya sauce. Stir to incorporate.

6- Add cooked onion and scrambled eggs. Toss gently. When everything mix completely serve immediately.

7- You can adjust seasoning according to your taste after adding rice.

چاول اُبلے ہوے 400 گرام
مٹر 1 کپ ابلے ہوئے
شملہ مرچ 1 کپ
مشروم 1 کپ
انڈے 8
چکن پاوڈر 1 کھانے کا چمچ
سویا سوس 1 کھانے کا چمچ
ڈارک سویا سوس 1 کھانے کا چمچ
ہری پیاز 8
زیتون کا تیل یا مکھن حسبِ ضرورت
کالی مرچ حسبِ ذائقہ
نمک حسب ذائقہ
سب سے پہلے چکن کو اُبال کر ریشے کر لیں اب انڈے پھینٹ کر اُن میں نمک اور ہری پیاز ڈال لیں اور پھینٹ لیں۔
اب ایک کھلے پین میں تیل ڈال کر گرم کریں اور مشروم ڈال کر فرائی کریں ہلکا سا۔
اب چکن، مٹر اور شملہ مرچ ڈالیں اور فرائی کر کے ڈارک سویا سوس اور پھینٹے ہوے انڈے وغیرہ اور چکن پاوڈر ڈال کر مکس کریں۔
ان سب کو مکس کرتے جائیں پھر لائیٹ سویا سوس اور کالی مرچ ڈال دیں آخر میں چاول بھی مکس کریں۔
اس کو تیار ہونے دیں اور تیار ہونے پر ڈش آوٹ کر لیں اور گرما گرم پیش کریں۔
